Blood pressure monitor LIVO

EVOLU LIVO is an automatic upper arm blood pressure monitor for home use. It measures systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate, with large digits that make results easy to read.
Two separate user memories store up to 90 readings each. Date and time information and the average of the latest three readings help you review your measurement history. The adjustable cuff fits upper arms from 22 to 42 cm.
Movement and cuff-fit indicators provide prompts during use. Start a measurement with the ON/OFF button and choose power from four AAA batteries or a compatible USB Type-C power source.
Why choose this blood pressure monitor?
Discover its benefits:

ARM MOVEMENT INDICATOR
The movement indicator alerts you if movement is detected during measurement. Keep your arm still and follow the user manual before repeating the reading.

WHO INDICATOR CLASSIFICATION
A colour indicator provides a visual reference for the blood pressure result using the classification described in the user manual. It helps you read the result at a glance; it does not provide a diagnosis.

USB Type-C
Use a compatible USB Type-C power source, or power the monitor with four AAA batteries. The USB connection supplies power; it is not a battery-charging function.
MEMORY MEASUREMENTS
Keep readings separate for two users, with up to 90 records for each person. Review stored measurements with date and time information and display the average of the latest three readings.
EASY TO USE
Start a measurement with one press of the ON/OFF button. The large LCD shows blood pressure and pulse readings, while the cuff-fit indicator helps you check cuff placement. Automatic switch-off helps conserve power.

- Read the supplied user manual before first use. Insert the batteries or connect a compatible power source, then set the date and time and select the user.
- Rest before measuring. Do not take a measurement immediately after exercise or a bath; the manual advises resting for 20–30 minutes beforehand.
- Sit with your back supported, feet flat on the floor and legs uncrossed. Rest your arm on a table with your palm facing upwards.
- Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, with its lower edge 2–3 cm above the elbow. Secure it comfortably and position the middle of the cuff at heart level. Keep the air tube free from kinks.
- Press ON/OFF to begin. Stay still and do not talk while the cuff inflates and the measurement is taken.
- Read the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse on the display. The selected user’s memory stores the reading. Follow the manual if a movement or cuff-fit prompt appears.
Use the results to keep a record for discussion with your healthcare professional. Do not change medication based only on home readings.

What do the two pressure readings mean?
The upper number is systolic pressure: the pressure when your heart contracts. The lower number is diastolic pressure: the pressure when your heart relaxes between beats. The monitor also shows your pulse rate in beats per minute.
What is hypertension and can it be managed?
Hypertension means persistently high blood pressure. It often has no symptoms. A healthcare professional can assess repeated readings and advise on management, which may include lifestyle changes and prescribed medication. A single home measurement does not establish a diagnosis.
How do I measure blood pressure correctly?
Follow the LIVO user manual. Rest beforehand, sit with your back supported and feet flat, and place the cuff on your bare upper arm at heart level. Support your arm, keep still and do not talk during measurement.
How many times in a row can measurements be taken on the same arm?
The LIVO manual advises waiting at least five minutes between measurements, taking no more than three consecutive measurements and no more than six in one day. If your healthcare professional has prescribed a different schedule, ask how to apply it with this device.
